Can we start with occurrence reporting only?
Yes. Pricing is quoted against the modules you run, and hazards or governance added later work on the same records.
Is reporting confidential?
A reporter can file confidentially: their identity is not disclosed with the report, and a confidential report stays invisible to anyone not cleared for it.
Does it export to ECCAIRS?
Occurrence reports export as E5X for ECCAIRS.
