ARA · Aerodrome Risk Assessment

Every airport,its own risk picture.

Each airport you operate into carries its own risk assessment: runway and approach hazards, ground-operations exposure, terrain and weather patterns, each with the mitigations that hold them down. Assessments are scored and reviewed on a cadence, so a demanding station and a familiar base are judged on the same scale.

Why it holds

Airport risk is a reviewed record, per aerodrome.

Every airport has a scored assessment with its own hazards and mitigations, reviewed on a cadence rather than assessed once at route launch. When something changes at a station, the assessment updates and the crews who need to know are on the distribution.

What it does

The capabilities, on one record.

Per-airport register

Runway, approach, ground-operations and environmental hazards, assessed per aerodrome, not one generic sheet.

Mitigation register

Each hazard carries the mitigations that hold it down, owned and reviewable.

Scored and banded

A consistent score, so a demanding airport and a home base are judged on the same scale.

Review cadence

Assessments come up for review on a schedule and when a station changes, not once at route launch.

The records it produces

Real records, one reference each.

Every record carries a stable reference and a source on every field. Nothing is silently overwritten, and the trail is the record.
