02FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Asked a lot.
Answered straight.

No marketing wallpaper. The questions operators actually ask before booking a walkthrough. If yours isn't here, send it via the form — and we'll add it.

01What is eAviora, in one line?
A unified safety, quality, training, compliance and AI analytics platform for airlines, MROs, ground handlers, training organisations and regulators. One tenant, one operational picture, five connected suites.
02Is it really one platform, or many?
One. Five suites are view-layers over one connected operation — a finding, its requirement, its corrective action and its document are natively linked records. A finding raised in Quality is the same record a Safety Manager sees the next morning. Traceability is a query, not a cross-reference, and there is no integration project between suites.
03Do we start from a blank system?
No. An aviation risk knowledge base ships in the box: 101 bow-tie models, 804 named barriers, 610 SPI definitions, and the full IOSA ISM catalogue — 924 ISARPs you adopt in one click as live, scopeable requirements (prod-verified at airline scale).
04What does the AI actually do?
eAvy is an AI assistant working alongside a fleet of stage-bound specialist agents. They classify occurrences, draft the bow-tie, propose a risk score, and flag precursors across linked records — always confidence-scored. Every suggestion runs through an accept, modify or reject trail, so a human validates before anything becomes part of the operational picture. Governance state is locked — the AI can never set it.
05How do you stop a record being closed with open risk?
Enforced closure gates. A record can’t close until barriers are assessed, corrective actions are proven effective, and sign-off is recorded — verified 13/13 on a live cluster. Each operation also carries a computed Safety Risk Profile aligned to ICAO Doc 9859, so open exposure stays visible, not hidden.
06How is my data isolated?
Isolation is database-enforced, not just application logic — every org-scoped table is filtered at the database layer against an app role that cannot bypass it, across 119 org-scoped tables. Data residency is Canadian by default (ca-central-1), AES-256 at rest, with a named sub-processor register. SOC 2 is in preparation.
07Does my data train your AI?
Never. Your records are not used to improve any AI model — for us, for any provider, ever. The agents are calibrated against ICAO-aligned taxonomies and your configuration, not on your records.
08Can we integrate, or connect an AI assistant?
Yes. There is a public REST API v1 with an OpenAPI 3.1 contract, signed webhooks for outbound events, an OAuth connector, and an MCP server — connect an AI assistant directly to your live records under your own access controls.
09Which regulators are you aligned with?
Defaults align with ICAO Annexes 6, 14, 17 and 19. Effectiveness verification, Just Culture, SPI thresholds and barrier definitions follow ICAO, EASA and FAA conventions out of the box, then we encode your local authority requirements during go-live. Annex 19 confidentiality is enforced through the AI — confidential reports stay invisible to uncleared analysts, even via the copilot.
10How long does onboarding take?
Go-live is largely self-driving: a predicate engine sequences setup, your legacy records import with AI classification applied and locked on the way in, and IOSA scopes adopt in one click. A two-person e-signed gate — Safety Manager plus Accountable Manager — confirms you are live. Cadence runs in a range rather than a fixed contract: most operations reach daily use in roughly four to eight weeks depending on data volume.
11Can I export everything if I leave?
Yes. Full-tenant export to JSON or CSV on request, at any time, without lock-in. Your records, audit trail, taxonomies and AI execution history — yours to walk away with, re-importable into any vendor.
12What does pricing look like?
Locked pre-launch pricing for design partners (Cohort 01), guaranteed for the first two renewal cycles after general availability. Standard pricing publishes at GA. Send a note via the form and we will quote against your operation size and suite mix.
