No limits means no cap on records, audits, documents or intelligence. AI is a monthly allowance on every package. Setup is five days of our time, or ten for a larger operation ($20,000), and is optional for an airline already live on Community.

Before you choose
Is Community really free?
Yes, for one operator, with no card. It runs every module within the limits on this page, for as long as you use it. One Community workspace for each operator group.
How do we start on Community?
Apply with your operator's details and a work email on your own domain. We confirm the email, review the application and contact you, and we open your workspace once it is approved.
What counts toward a Community limit?
Occurrences and audits count when they are created, over the last 12 months rather than the calendar year, and deleting a record does not give it back. A controlled document counts once, however many revisions it has.
What happens when we reach a limit?
Reporting never stops, and nothing you recorded is locked. New discretionary work above the limit, such as a 26th controlled document, waits for an upgrade.
What is a Professional seat?
A seat for the people who run your safety and quality system day to day: safety and quality managers, investigators, auditors and administrators. They investigate, assess risk, manage actions, run audits and administer your workspace.
What is a Governance seat?
A seat for the people who oversee the system: the accountable manager, directors and postholders. They review and approve, and sit on the Safety Action Group and the Safety Review Board.
Who does not need a paid seat?
Anyone who reports, reads, is audited, completes an action assigned to them or acknowledges a document. They are free on every package, Community included, as many as you need.
Do you offer single sign-on?
Yes, on Select and Enterprise: sign-in through your own identity provider, and directory sync that adds and removes your people automatically. Community uses eAviora's own sign-in.
Do we lose anything when we upgrade?
No. It is the same platform, so every record, link and history stays where it is. The modules you buy lose their limits, and the others stay at the Community limits.
What if we stop paying?
You return to Community. Your records stay readable and closable, with their history and exports. Only new work above the Community limits waits.
Do you count our aircraft or our reports?
Not on a paid package: you pay for the seats of the people who work in eAviora. Community counts occurrences, audits and documents only to set its limits.
What happens when the AI allowance runs out?
Nothing stops. Reporting, approvals, deadlines and the history of every record carry on, and only the optional AI help pauses until the monthly reset.
We hold more than one certificate. What do we take?
One package for each certificate, each in its own workspace, so every accountable manager sees exactly their own operation.
How do contracts work?
Paid packages run yearly, and setup is paid once, at the start. An airline coming from Community may pay its first year monthly, and its setup is optional: Select with Safety Management for 5 + 3 is $21,984 a year, $1,832 a month in the first year. These are list prices in USD, excluding taxes. Your quotation is issued separately.
