Narrow what directors, analysts and connected apps can read
An administrator can now narrow what directors and analysts read to the modules they are assigned, from Settings, Roles: outside those modules, each sees only the records tied to them. eAvy and connected apps reach only what their person may read, and eAvy changes a record only where its person could. A reporter now files only occurrences, hazards, security events and flight risk assessments, and sees only those forms. Importing is now for administrators, executives and directors, and an administrator can switch connected apps off for the whole airline. Reports waiting for triage in My Queue are now only the ones you can open, restoring a deleted record checks that you can read it, and the record PDF export leaves deleted records out. Every read a connected app or API key makes is recorded in the audit trail, and the audit log now writes abbreviations in capitals and spells out the ones you might not know. The email that says an export is ready now links into eAviora, where you download it signed in, instead of to the file itself, and a survey export downloads from Your exports on the survey's Results page.

The Safety score counts open records only
Your Safety score now weighs only your open risk-rated records against your yearly flight volume, so closing a record raises it, and your score will read differently from before. An administrator sets the flight volume in Settings, Profile, a score that cannot be worked out yet says what it is missing, and open records still waiting for a risk level are counted apart as not assessed.

Indicators and the culture score count what they name
An indicator now counts only what its rate names, against the flying in the period it reads, and its owner is alerted when it enters warning or critical, including after a value entered by hand. In the month in progress, an indicator measured against flying now takes no band and sends no alert until half of the month has passed, and flight exposure is entered only for periods that have ended. The safety culture score no longer counts audit observations as voluntary reports, leaves imported history out of timeliness and actions not yet approved or cancelled out of follow-through, and reads a culture survey from the day its wave closed. Your indicator readings and culture score may move as a result.

Record the audits your airline receives
An audit can now be one your airline receives, such as a regulator's oversight, an IOSA renewal or a customer's audit, with a preparation list your team ticks off. Each audit names its auditee contact, who answers the auditors' evidence requests and acknowledges each finding, and reusable checklists set an audit's requirements with guidance for the fieldwork. Every assessment keeps the requirement text it assessed and its sample, so a later edition never rewrites what a closed audit found. A cancelled audit now leaves your open work, and its page says it was cancelled, with the programme's reason.

Your account, with every notification in one table
Your account now holds your profile, notifications, connected apps, security and delegations as tabs, and its notifications table shows each kind of notification in the app, by email and by phone, how many reached you in the last 30 days, and which automation rules can email you. Each kind of notification now has its own email switch, in place of the shared ones, and until you set it, it follows the choices you made before.

Your airline's name on every PDF and email
Every PDF eAviora makes for your airline now opens with its name and the document's title, its footer says who generated it and when, with page numbers, and a page printed from the browser wears the same frame. A controlled document's PDF prints its headings, figures, diagrams and tables as written, with one bar in the margin beside each changed section, as the reader shows it on screen. Email about your airline now shows its name as the sender, followed by via eAviora, and comes from the same address as before.

Report without an account, stage by stage
The reporting page anyone can use without an account now walks the same stages as eAviora Field, from What happened to Check and send, and names the airline the report goes to. Only the narrative is needed to send, and every stage can be reopened from the final check.

Go live from one guided page
Go-live readiness is now one page, its checks grouped by airline, people, modules and go-live, with the open check beside the list. The final signature is the Accountable Manager's or an administrator's, the Safety Manager's co-signature no longer expires and tells the Accountable Manager it is waiting, and the go-live record downloads as a PDF.
