Third-party oversight for aviation partners and outsourced providers
In 50 words
Third-party oversight keeps the partners and contractors you rely on under the same control as your own operation. In eAviora each partnership and each outsourced provider is a record that moves through its stages, is reviewed in cycles, and cannot be closed until access and shared data are confirmed returned.

What it does
Four things, done on the record
A partner register
Codeshare, interline, maintenance, ground handling and training agreements, each with its owner, contact and dates.
Renewal on the record
A renewal review ends in a recorded decision and its rationale; a close decided mid-contract runs on the end date.
Providers under a plan
A provider leaves Contracted only with an oversight plan and a contract window that ends after it starts.
Review cycles
Each review keeps its findings, score and decision; renew or modify starts the next cycle.
In the product
An outsourced provider, in review
- The next step and what it waits on: a renewal recommendation, renew, modify or terminate.
- The findings raised against the provider, and whether each one is resolved.
- The earlier review cycles, each with its score and decision.
The rule it holds
A provider with an open non-compliance finding is not renewed.
A recommendation to renew is refused while a finding raised against the provider is still unresolved.

Questions buyers ask
Short answers
What can a partner see?
What its scope names: the modules, record types and indicators the partnership shares, read only, with comments or collaborating. Only modules you have enabled can be shared.
What happens when a contract ends?
Closing needs the reason, confirmation that access is revoked and data returned or destroyed, and for a provider, what happens to open actions and obligations.
Can eAvy recommend a renewal?
eAvy can draft a renew, modify or terminate recommendation from the provider’s record. A person accepts, changes or rejects it, and an open finding still blocks a renewal.
